CedarCrestone's Exception Management System (EMS) Solution is an exception-handling framework designed
to centrally manage exception routing, notifications, delegation, and escalation.
One of the more complex issue to deal with in Data Integration and Business Process Automation is
managing exceptions. EMS provides a ready-built SOA enabled framework to aid in the handling and processing
of exceptions. The EMS Solution reduces code duplication by providing the following:
- Notifications of exceptions
- A Worklist for managing and assigning exceptions
- A framework for setting exception statuses
