Our conventional on-site project provides an on-site functional lead, upgrader, developers, and, if requested, a project management consultant. Our lab-based upgrades are designed to provide a secure, high-performance technical environment and staff dedicated strictly to PeopleSoft upgrades. The lab environment is a secure, state-of-the-art PeopleSoft Upgrade Lab, in which the architecture is specifically designed to optimize performance of PeopleSoft applications on an Oracle database and operated by Oracle-certified staff who specialize in PeopleSoft upgrades.

We also offer a range of remote consulting options that reduce travel expenses by enabling technical consultants to work offsite when feasible and onsite when needed. The CedarCrestone Upgrade Lab service takes clients from initial upgrade pass through cutover to production, including multiple test moves, reapplication of customizations, onsite installation of all PeopleSoft database environments, and full system and parallel testing.
