DBA/PS Administrative Consultant
Job Description:
Our Oracle Technology Consulting group is seeking strong PeopleSoft Technical Consultants
with expert knowledge in Upgrades, Installations, DBA/PS Admin, Tuning, Architecture and/or PeopleTools.
This position requires 100% travel with work done on-site at CedarCrestone client locations with a typical
week of four 10-hour days.
General Duties/Tasks:
- Provide PeopleSoft technical consulting services
- Complete tasks efficiently and timely, reporting progress to Project and Engagement Managers
- Seek ways to improve the process of delivering solutions
- Share knowledge capital to optimize implementation methodology
Required PeopleSoft Skills:
- Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft 8.8 or higher
- Upgrade and implementation experience
- Expert ability with all technical areas of PeopleSoft and/or DBA/PS Admin
Required Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
Required Consulting Skills:
- Clear and effective communication
- Consistently produce clear, concise status reports
- Builds confidence and trust with clients
- Displays effective analytical skills
