Oracle E-Business HCM Functional Lead Consultants

Job description:
We are seeking bright and motivated Oracle E-Business HCM Functional Lead Consultants. Accepted candidates will have the skills to provide exceptional consulting services to clients, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their Oracle E-Business investment. This position requires the ability to travel with projects executed on-site at CedarCrestone client locations nationwide with a typical week of four 10-hour days.

General Duties/Tasks:

  • Provides solid business-related and Oracle E-Business knowledge to clients
  • Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager and Engagement Manager
  • Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients
  • Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize CedarCrestone's implementation methodology
  • Assists team with all aspects of implementation and upgrade
  • Provides functional support, creates documentation, debugs system to resolve issues, and supports various processing requirements

Required Oracle E-Business Skills:

  • Solid understanding and work experience as a functional lead with one or more of the following Oracle Human Capital Management modules: Human Resources, Payroll, Advanced Benefits, and/or Self Service applications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years current, hands-on Oracle E-Business experience
  • Experience with E-Business Suite version 11.5.8 or higher required. Version 11.5.10 or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience with at least 3-5 full life cycle implementations/upgrades

Leadership Skills:

  • Effectively manages scope and client expectations on individual assignments
  • Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues

Consulting Skills:

  • Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, CedarCrestone Accounts Executives, and CedarCrestone Management
  • Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
  • Builds confidence and trust with customers
  • Displays effective analytical skills

Job description:

  • Provides solid Oracle E-Business technical knowledge to clients
  • Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager and Engagement Manager

  • Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize CedarCrestone's implementation methodology
  • Assists team with all aspects of implementation and upgrade
  • 4+ years strong experience in all technical aspects of product implementation, including technical design and development, interface design and development, report design and configuration, and installation of certain products.
  • Responsible for the development of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions in Oracle Applications (11.5.8 or higher)
  • PL/SQL programming experience 11.5.8 or higher
  • Should have at least two full life cycle Oracle Applications (11.5.8 or higher) implementation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational with exceptional written and verbal communication skills is required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years current, hands-on Oracle E-Business experience
  • Experience with E-Business Suite version 11.5.8 or higher required. Version 11.5.10 or higher preferred.
